RETAIL RUSH offers two levels of training for fashion retail, sales associate and manager. For sales associates the cases are more general and repeat core rules of good service such as listening skills, reflecting to your customer’s emotions and recognizing customer types! Managers are offered a selection of escalated cases such as product complaints and unhappy clients in addition to general enquiries.
